We decided to look and see what this place was
as we had no idea. Low and behold, there was the roast duck from
A Christmas Story. So far, I've only found two negative
reviews... Ever. We normally have diner delivered, but have
stopped in to take home. 10 minutes was all it took for Orange
Chicken, Chicken Lo-mein, Beef with Snow peas, and some side.

Little Gus' Cafe is one of those places that is
consistently on their game. Great food for a reasonable price.
the staff is always warm and welcoming. And wouldn't you know
it, right in the same area as 369 BBQ! |

I've been to some of the "upscale" steak houses
in the area, and if you want to pay $30 for a steak, then Bob's
or Ruth's Chris are perfect. You're paying for atmosphere at
that point. If you want a great steak, excellent sides (included
in the price), fabulous appetizers, and some of the best darned
drinks around... Saltgrass is the place for you. We've been to
the Plano and McKinney locations and have NEVER been
disappointed. |

Night to remember |
The Melting Pot |
Now, when you look at the reviews, you'll see
two types of people... Those who know what fondue is, and those
who don't. This is a Fondue restaurant. You go in as a customer,
you come out as cargo. One piece of advice, get the salad to go.
My wife and I have been several times, the last with both our
Mom's before the birth of our son. I look forward to the next
trip. |
